By downloading, installing, or using CosyRoomAI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
CosyRoomAI is an AI-powered interior design application that transforms photos of rooms into professionally designed visualizations. The service uses artificial intelligence to generate design suggestions based on user-uploaded images and selected preferences.
3. User Accounts
When you use the App, an anonymous account is automatically created for you. This account is linked to your device and is used to:
- Track your credit balance
- Process your purchases
- Provide personalized service
4. Credits and Purchases
Credits: The App operates on a credit-based system. Each design generation consumes one credit. New users receive a limited number of free credits.
Purchases: Additional credits can be purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Pricing: We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect credits already purchased.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
- Attempt to circumvent the credit system or obtain free credits fraudulently
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
- Resell or commercially exploit the generated designs without permission
6. Intellectual Property
App Content: The App, including its design, code, and features, is owned by CosyRoomAI and protected by intellectual property laws.
Generated Designs: You retain rights to designs generated from your own photos for personal use. You may share these designs on social media or use them for personal interior design planning.
Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of generating designs.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Generated designs will meet your specific requirements
- Results will accurately represent achievable real-world designs
AI-generated designs are suggestions only and should not be relied upon for professional interior design or construction decisions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosyRoomAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice. We may also update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
