CosyRoomAI is an AI-powered interior design app that transforms your room photos into professionally designed spaces. Simply upload a photo, choose your preferred style, and watch as AI reimagines your room in seconds.

How do I use the app?

1. Take or upload a photo of your room
2. Select your preferred design style (Modern, Minimalist, Scandinavian, etc.)
3. Choose a color palette if desired
4. Tap "Generate" and wait for your AI-designed result
5. Compare before and after using the slider

What are credits?

Credits are used to generate designs. Each design generation uses 1 credit. New users receive 1 free credit to try the app. Additional credits can be purchased within the app.

How do I get more credits?

You can purchase credit packages directly in the app. Go to Profile > Your Credits to see available packages. All purchases are processed securely through the App Store.

Why does my room look different from the original?

Our AI enhances your room while preserving its basic structure. For best results, use clear, well-lit photos taken straight-on. The AI may adjust furniture, colors, and decor to match your selected style.

Can I save my designs?

Yes! After generating a design, you can save the image directly to your device's photo library using the download button.

What if my generation fails?

If a generation fails, your credit will not be consumed. Please try again with a clearer image or different settings. If the problem persists, contact our support team.

How do I request a refund?

All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. To request a refund, please visit Apple's "Report a Problem" page or contact Apple Support directly.

Troubleshooting

The app is not loading

Please ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, try reinstalling the app.

My credits are not showing

Pull down on the Profile screen to refresh your credit balance. If credits still don't appear after a purchase, please contact support with your purchase receipt.

Generation is taking too long

AI generation typically takes 15-45 seconds. If it's taking longer, it may be due to high server demand. Please wait for the process to complete or try again later.
