El nivel JLPT N5 completo: 97 kanji y 17 palabras compuestas. Todos los modos de juego y el modo estudio son gratis también. Los packs de pago (N4, N3, N2 y N1) solo añaden kanji nuevos.
No. Entra en Tienda → Restaurar compras y los packs vuelven con tu mismo Apple ID, sin pagar otra vez. El progreso y las rachas, en cambio, se guardan en el dispositivo y no se transfieren.
Algunos modos gastan una vida por partida. Si prefieres no esperar a que se recarguen, hay un pago único de vidas ilimitadas. El modo estudio nunca gasta vidas.
Contrarreloj y Supervivencia usan Game Center. Comprueba que has iniciado sesión en Game Center desde los ajustes de iOS; si no, juegas igual pero no apareces en las tablas.
El progreso se guarda en el dispositivo. Si reinstalaste la app o algo se ve vacío, escríbeme con la fecha aproximada y la versión de iOS y lo reviso contigo.
Mándame la captura de pantalla. Los datos se corrigen a mano y ese tipo de reportes son los más útiles.
Las compras se procesan en el App Store, así que los reembolsos los gestiona Apple en reportaproblem.apple.com.

No. Go to Store → Restore purchases and your packs come back with the same Apple ID, at no extra cost. Progress and streaks, though, are stored on the device and don't transfer.
Some modes spend a life per round. If you'd rather not wait for them to refill, unlimited lives is a one-time payment. Study mode never spends lives.
Time Attack and Survival use Game Center. Check that you're signed in to Game Center in iOS settings — without it you can still play, you just won't appear on the boards.
Progress is stored on your device. If you reinstalled the app or something looks empty, email me with the approximate date and your iOS version and I'll look into it.

消えません。ストア →「購入を復元」から、同じApple IDで追加料金なく復元できます。ただし進捗と連続記録は端末内に保存されるため、引き継がれません。
一部のモードでは1プレイごとにライフを消費します。回復を待ちたくない場合は、買い切りの「無制限ライフ」があります。スタディモードではライフを消費しません。
タイムアタックとサバイバルはGame Centerを使用します。iOSの設定でGame Centerにサインインしているかご確認ください。未サインインでもプレイはできますが、ランキングには表示されません。
データは端末内に保存されます。再インストール後などに表示がおかしい場合は、およその日付とiOSのバージョンを添えてご連絡ください。
